Do I get a preview of my banner design?
Yes! For each order I use the email provided at checkout to send you a digital draft of what your banner will look like! I will then make any adjustments you would like and put you on my schedule to paint!
How will I know my order is received?
You will automatically receive a confirmation from Shopify that your order has been placed
I live near Gig Harbor WA, can I pick up my order to save on shipping?
Yes! For all my local customer's please reach out via email at bannersbydakotah@gmail.com and I will send you a code to remove the shipping cost's at checkout!
When will I get my banner?
I ship based on order of event's, this means if you order for an event 2 months in the future you will still receive your banner the week before the event date provided! Think of the event date as the date you need the banner to arrive by!
